Join our Growth Execution team and gain hands on experience helping our specialist insurance businesses deliver their growth ambitions. As Howden continues through an exciting period of extraordinary growth, you'll contribute to projects that have a direct impact on our commercial success. Working alongside experienced professionals and senior leaders, you'll gain exposure to market research, data analysis and project delivery, learning how strategic ideas are transformed into tangible business outcomes.

The 10-week programme is designed to give you meaningful exposure to insurance while helping you develop the knowledge, professional skills and confidence to kick start your career. Better still, our programme offers a direct pathway into our Autumn 2028 graduate opportunities, subject to business needs and individual performance.

• Support and further develop existing relationships across Howden, connecting stakeholders with the relevant teams to enable collaboration.
• Execute day-to-day tasks that support growth delivery.
• Own and manage a dynamic list of priorities, using sound judgement and clear communication to keep work on track.
• Support with the coordination of Global Data, our new business online tool.
• General support and continued development of team new business data on our online platform, including data input, maintenance, and regular reporting.
• Take part in key meetings, supporting with taking accurate meeting notes and helping drive forward the next steps.
• Support with building impactful presentations for senior stakeholder meetings.

No insurance experience is needed; we'll teach you everything you need to know!

• In your penultimate year of study, from any degree background.
• Organised and able to manage projects and tasks effectively, delivering high quality work to agreed deadlines.
• A confident communicator who enjoys sharing ideas and presenting to a range of audiences.
• Collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
• Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment where plans can change.
• Curious, eager to learn and willing to ask questions.
• Detail oriented, with the ability to produce accurate, high quality work.
