Business Architecture & Data Flows: Hands-on experience mapping end-to-end data flows, data lineage, and integration patterns across front-office (e.g., Murex, Calypso), middle-office, and sub-ledger systems.
Technology Architecture Strategy: Practical knowledge of enterprise reconciliation matching engines, modern data architecture patterns (APIs, real-time streaming/Kafka, data mesh), and exception management automation.
Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive presence with a demonstrated ability to drive consensus across matrixed global teams.
