Overview
Our client is a national contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed‑use schemes across the country.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to work on a £400m mixed use office / residential scheme in Blackfriars, Central London.
You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into the Commercial Manager.
QualificationsOur client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading High Rise RC Frame or large mixed use office developments in excess of £100m.
BenefitsIn return, our client is offering £90k - £95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
