Estimator Role - (London Bridge & WFH)

Salary: Up to c.£60,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on experience) + Perks, Bonus & Progression

Projects: D&B Office Fit Outs - (Small Works Department)

Full D&B company, everything in-house:
Delivery, Sales, Pre-Con, Furniture, Fit-Out

Role will include a mix of traditional pre-construction pricing/estimating and then taking on the commercial management whilst job is live. (ie; valuations , place orders, meet with client to settle final account, etc…)

Overseeing several projects at once - all projects will be under £200k in value -- (Initial training/probation period of 6 months to help mould the candidate into the new role, as they don't expect someone to have experience with everything from previous roles)
