An Established, dynamic Main Contractor with a strong reputation within the construction industry who specialise in delivering large regeneration schemes based in London valued up to £700 mil.

They offer a variety of first class comprehensive services with a very good client relationships due to having a track record of success of completing projects on time, to budget and to the very highest standards.

Due to their growing success and innovative business they are currently seeking an ambitious experienced freelance Construction Manager to come aboard the team.

• Work in conjunction with the development team to certify the site is going to plan and to budget.
• Support the Site Manager in managing all site resources including and overseeing the Sub
  - Contractors.
• Ensure that Health and Safety standards are maintained through all projects
• Assist with delivery of all aspects of production requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation

• Experienced working on site with main contractors
• Degree Qualified or equivalent
• Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
• Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
• Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
• Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
