Location: City of Westminster
Overview
Boutique Chartered Building Surveying practice based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced / Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor to take a key role within their growing team.
Location:
Mayfair, London W1 |
Hours:
Mon-Fri | Salary: £45k-£70k
- Contract administration of refurbishment and repair projects
- Preparation of specifications and condition reports
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Defect analysis
- Section 20 consultation processes
- JCT contracts
- Contractor liaison
- Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015
- Minimum of 3 years building surveying experience
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage instructions independently
- MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
- Commercial awareness
- Organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise in a demanding environment
