Senior Building Surveyor (: (phone number removed))
£60,000 - £70,000 + 15% contractual bonus + hybrid
📍 West End, London (Oxford Circus)
The role offers exposure to a broad range of surveying and advisory services including project management, contract administration, condition and pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, technical due diligence and development monitoring across commercial, industrial and retail sectors.
Responsibilities- Deliver senior-level surveying and project advisory instruction
- Undertake surveys, technical due diligence and monitoring assignments
- Manage project and contract administration responsibilities
- Provide professional advice to clients on risk and asset performance
- Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Broad building surveying experience
- Experience across one or more areas such as TDD, project delivery or monitoring
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- £60,000 - £70,000 base salary
- 15% contractual over‑target bonus
- Hybrid working
