As a Senior Pre Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of our projects, ensuring that all pre-construction activities are meticulously planned and executed. You will collaborate closely with our design, procurement, and construction teams to drive project success from conception through to delivery.

• Lead the pre-construction phase of multiple fit out projects, ensuring all activities align with project goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and cost estimates to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the pre-construction phase.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

• Proven experience as a Pre Construction Manager, preferably within the design and build fit out sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, design principles, and building regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
