• Support senior team members in development and planning consultancy work.
• Assist with feasibility studies, site appraisals and development valuations.
• Contribute to planning strategy and due diligence reports.
• Liaise with internal technical specialists and external stakeholders.
• Help deliver client-facing outputs that maximise asset value and mitigate risk.

We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• A relevant surveying or built-environment qualification (or working toward).
• Strong analytical and report drafting skills.
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in land, development and planning consultancy.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative approach.
