Quantity Surveyor , Up to £70,000 + Excellent Package

A highly regarded main contractor growing in the UK construction market is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of multiple residential and mixed-use new build schemes. Specialising in reinforced concrete frame developments, the company operates across London and surrounding areas, with project values typically ranging between £15m and £70m.

Following a year of strong performance and rapid growth - achieving £80m turnover in the last financial year and forecasting £300m this year- the business is expanding its commercial team to support a busy and secure pipeline of upcoming work.

Role Overview:

You will play a key role in overseeing the commercial management of RC frame residential and accommodation-led schemes. Working from the company's new office near Liverpool Street, you will collaborate with a wider commercial team and report into a Senior QS or Commercial Manager, ensuring effective cost control and subcontractor management across all phases of construction.

Key Requirements:

• Background in new build, RC frame, and residential/accommodation projects
• Experience working with a main contractor
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage subcontractor packages
• Confident communicator with good organisational skills
