Senior Quantity Surveyor — Up to £90,000 + £5,250 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus. Bermondsey, London - Full-Time, On-Site (5 days/week). Major Residential New Build | £80m Project. A leading London developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a landmark £80m high‑rise residential scheme in Bermondsey. The project runs through to late 2028 with piling commencing in June.

• Be the commercial lead on site, driving procurement, managing key packages, and ensuring robust cost control from pre‑construction through delivery.
• Lead the procurement strategy and tendering of all major work packages.
• Manage commercial reporting, forecasting, and cost planning throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the project director, design team, and site management to ensure financial governance and value engineering opportunities.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Maintain a strong presence on site (5 days per week) to ensure commercial alignment with programme and delivery.

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering high‑rise residential new build projects.
• Strong procurement expertise, ideally on schemes £40m+.
• A proactive, detail‑driven approach with the confidence to lead commercially on a flagship development.
