• Take full ownership of the design management process across bespoke residential & heritage refurbishments
• Manage consultant teams (architects, structural engineers, MEP, heritage specialists) from pre-construction through delivery
• Drive technical coordination across basement works, structural alterations and high‑end interior packages
• Review drawings for buildability, compliance and coordination before issue to site
• Work closely with Directors, Commercial and Site Teams to protect programme and design intent
• Lead design workshops, RFI management, and programme integration
• Support tender stages, technical reviews and pre‑construction planning

• Intermediate stepping up or established Design Manager
• Background in residential, high‑end refurb, heavy structural, or complex fit‑out
• Strong understanding of technical detailing and coordination
• Someone comfortable operating in a smaller, hands‑on environment
• Practical mindset — solution‑driven rather than process‑heavy
• Commercial awareness and appreciation for programme pressures
