Planner, Construction, Civil Engineering

As a Planner within our Build Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our construction projects run smoothly and efficiently. You'll collaborate with both Construction Delivery and Pre-Construction Teams, providing valuable planning expertise while maintaining oversight of complex projects to ensure plans are created and updated in alignment with project requirements.

• Creating and maintaining detailed construction programmes using specialist software
• Conducting regular site visits to provide planning support and guidance
• Gathering and analysing progress information to identify potential concerns
• Offering expert planning advice across multiple projects
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless project delivery

You have construction planning experience within a contractor environment

• You’re skilled in using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software
• You enjoy collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders and colleagues
• You’re organised and can effectively manage your schedule across multiple projects
• You’re enthusiastic about developing your career in a supportive Tier 1 environment, Disability Confident
