The successful Building Surveyor will join a forward‑thinking team, delivering a combination of professional and project‑based services across a diverse portfolio. Sectors will include education, commercial, industrial, and office environments.

• Covering all aspects of professional and project-related building surveying services
• Working across multiple sectors including education, commercial, industrial, and office spaces
• Delivering high‑quality service and contributing to the continued success of the consultancy

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment
• A proactive, organised, and detail‑focused approach
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
