Responsibilities- Lead procurement strategies to align with project objectives and client requirements.
- Specific experience in battery storage and battery energy systems would be preferable.
- Battery storage experience, procurement and estimating experience highly desirable, need to be able to benchmarking, procurement support for tendering.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value.
- Provide cost management and budgeting expertise throughout project life cycles.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Monitor market trends and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and procurement regulations.
- Support junior team members with guidance and training as needed.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent.
- Strong experience in procurement and supply chain within the property industry.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
