This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to oversee procurement and supply chain activities within the property industry. The role is based in London, offering a chance to work on high-profile projects while ensuring cost efficiency and value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement strategies to align with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Specific experience in battery storage and battery energy systems would be preferable.
  • Battery storage experience, procurement and estimating experience highly desirable, need to be able to benchmarking, procurement support for tendering.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value.
  • Provide cost management and budgeting expertise throughout project life cycles.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Monitor market trends and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and procurement regulations.
  • Support junior team members with guidance and training as needed.
Profile
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in procurement and supply chain within the property industry.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
