Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Cost Consultancy team within a highly respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in London. This role offers the chance to work across a varied project portfolio within the commercial, retail and residential sectors, supporting a strong national client base of investors, developers and occupiers. The business has an established reputation for delivering commercially focused consultancy services across the built environment and continues to invest heavily in the growth of its London team.

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE

• Deliver pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
• Cost planning and feasibility reporting
• Tender analysis and procurement management
• Final account negotiations
• Work across commercial, retail and residential projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development activities and networking

• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• MRICS qualified
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• Consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience across projects from £1m - £30m
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Commercially aware and target driven
