Associate Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic, forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced professional who thrives in the residential sector and is ready to lead complex projects, support Directors, and mentor junior team members.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will help deliver high-value residential schemes ranging from £15m to £230m. Projects include mixed-use masterplans, student accommodation, co-living, and senior living developments for a portfolio of established repeat clients.

Working closely with a Director, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for strategic planning, client liaison, and full project delivery. Many schemes involve a dual QS and Employer’s Agent role, offering variety and exposure to every stage of the development process.

This role isn’t focused on business development. Instead, it’s perfect for someone who brings a strong, capable pair of hands – someone who can lead delivery, build client trust, and secure repeat work. Longer term, there’s scope to grow into a more client-facing, BD-focused role.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• MRICS is highly desirable
• Strong residential sector experience (including student, co-living or senior living)
• Able to lead large-scale projects
• Experience delivering both QS and EA services
• UK consultancy background essential
