Glass Sub-Contractor

We are a dynamic specialist glass sub‑contractor looking for an Assistant to Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to work in London on glass facade projects.

Reporting to a Commercial Manager, your main role will be to assist the commercial function. You will:

• Estimate, develop and review target costs, forecasts and cash flow analysis.
• Assist in all aspects of financial control including valuations, measurements and cost reports.
• Attend meetings and ensure adequate cost monitoring and management.
• Coordinate and agree the production of final accounts with various parties to ensure project approvals and completions.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years practical experience, preferably with a sub‑contractor and engagement on large commercial glass and facade projects. Experience with other subcontractor construction related work will also be considered if you show the right drive and determination to succeed within a technically challenging environment.

You will have a focused attitude, excellent communication skills, must be able to work as part of a team and possess a high level of motivation.

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to the industry and can go beyond the stated level above. Bonus and additional benefits also make up the package. The group are a recognised performer in industry within the sector within which they operate.
