Arena is a specialist contractor delivering high-end stone, ceramic, and bespoke interior packages across commercial fit-out, luxury residential, hospitality, and design-led projects throughout London and the South East. Their work includes natural stone, large format tiling, terrazzo, specialist finishes, and bespoke joinery installations on complex, high-specification interior projects.
The RoleThe Contracts Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to manage project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing multiple interior fit-out projects across London and the South East
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinating stone, ceramic, tiling, and joinery installation packages
- Attending client, design, and progress meetings
- Reviewing project progress, quality, and commercial performance
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Managing H&S compliance, RAMS, and site standards
- Resolving site and programme issues proactively
Supporting project teams through to practical completion and final handover
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within construction or specialist subcontracting
- Strong background in commercial fit-out, high-end residential, or luxury interiors
- Proven experience managing stone, ceramic, tiling, or specialist finishes packages
- Joinery experience is essential
- Experience overseeing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project sequencing, logistics, and programme management
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- SMSTS and Black CSCS preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working for a specialist interiors subcontractor
- CAT A / CAT B fit-out experience
- Exposure to hospitality or luxury residential projects
- Knowledge of natural stone, terrazzo, porcelain, and bespoke finishes
- £60,000 - £65,000 salary + package
