Overview
An established, commercially focused construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities- Lead pre and post contract services
- Prepare and review cost plans
- Manage procurement and tender processes
- Administer contracts under JCT forms
- Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Chair client and design team meetings
- Manage and mentor Senior and Assistant Quantity Surveyors
- Support business development and strengthen client relationships across the London construction market
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
- Proven experience delivering commercial or mixed-use schemes in London
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
- Experience managing teams and multiple projects
- Confident client-facing and reporting skills
- MRICS or working towards chartership would be advantageous
- £80,000 - £85,000
