Location: City Of London
Estimator (Foundations / Civil Engineering)
We are a family‑run construction company with over 30 years of experience delivering high‑quality groundworks and basement restoration projects across London. We seek a Junior Estimator based in Isleworth or within accessible commute to support our growing team.
Responsibilities- Produce accurate, value‑engineered cost estimates and detailed quotations.
- Identify risks and opportunities in tenders to deliver realistic estimates.
- Support Quantity Surveying functions and conduct post‑project reviews.
- Visit heritage buildings to perform ground works, piling and basement estimations.
- Negotiate terms and ensure seamless handover to the operations team.
- Develop strong client relationships and manage projects from enquiry to contract award.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or related Engineering.
- Experience or strong interest in foundation and groundworks estimation.
- Based in Isleworth or able to commute easily.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Competitive salary £70,000 – £85,000 with progression.
