Quantity Surveyor

A specialist bathroom pod contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. The company works for Tier 1 contractors and leading residential developers on high rise schemes across London, delivering high end bathroom pod installations on large scale projects. • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within Main Contracting
• Alternatively, experience delivering packages into Tier 1 contractors on London high rise schemes for a specialist subcontractor
• Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Understanding of JCT forms of contract is essential
• Confident communication and relationship‑building skills

• Supporting the commercial delivery of multiple London projects
• Subcontractor procurement and package management
• Variations, valuations and cost reporting
• Working closely with operational teams and clients
• Assisting with the financial performance of projects from pre‑construction through to final account
