Opportunity for a Senior estimator to join a fast growing main contractor in the South East area. Founded over 10 years ago, they have grown from a start up contractor to a £90m+ business with hundreds of employees and projects all across the UK.

The company specialise in construction & fit out / refurb across the industrial & logistics, commercial, data centre, life science and retail & leisure sectors on projects up to £30m+.

• Review and Analyse Tender Documentation
• Prepare Accurate Cost Estimates
• Manage the Tender Process
• Obtain and Evaluate Subcontractor and Supplier Quotations
• Conduct Quantity Take-Offs and Measurement
• Identify and Assess Commercial Risks
• Develop Bid Strategies and Value Engineering Proposals
• Lead Internal Tender Review Meetings
• Support Client Engagement and Negotiations
• Prepare Handover Information for Delivery Teams

• Construction related degree / qualifications
• 7+ years Estimating experience
• Experience working for a main contractor
• Worked across various sectors within the built environment
• Experience using various Estimating software
