As our client continues to grow its project pipeline and reputation, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Construction to lead our site delivery function. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with the commercial acumen and people skills to drive a high-performing construction team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, the Head of Construction will have overall accountability for the delivery of all live projects from pre-construction planning through to practical completion and aftercare handover. You will be the custodian of the companies construction standards, culture and client relationships on site, ensuring every project is a reference-quality example of what we do.
