A specialist bathroom pod contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
The company works alongside Tier 1 contractors and leading residential developers on high rise schemes across London, delivering high end bathroom pod installations on large scale residential projects.
They need someone with a couple of years of experience and experience with JCT form of contract is ideal.
Details of the RoleAssistant Quantity Surveyor
- London based projects
- Permanent position
- £30,000-£50,000 strictly depending on experience
- Immediate interviews available
Specialist bathroom pod contractor
- Working alongside Tier 1 contractors and leading residential developers
- High rise residential schemes across London
- Strong order book with substantial secured work already in place
- Long-term career opportunity within a growing business
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience, at least a couple of years ideally within a Main Contractor environment, or a specialist subcontractor delivering packages into Tier 1 contractors
- Experience working on London high rise projects would be highly beneficial
- Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Understanding of JCT forms of contract is ideal
