Prime Phenix is looking for a UK OFFICE BASED CENTRAL LONDON Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee subcontract management across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement and compliance with contracts while mitigating risks and driving profitability.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience in the UK construction sector and a degree in a relevant field. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of UK contract forms are essential. You will also be responsible for performance monitoring and compliance adherence for subcontractors.
