Role Overview

A rapidly expanding, multi‑dimensional construction consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience to join their diversely skilled team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be the commercial lead on a broad mix of residential (co‑living PBSA, build to rent, etc.), office and heritage projects across London. Supported by the wider team and reporting to an Associate Director, the role will take projects from feasibility through to completion and include a client‑facing component.

Qualifications

MRICS preferred
Current or recent experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience working within a PQS/Consultancy environment
Residential project experience
Employers Agent / CA experience useful
Client‑facing skills
