O is seeking an experienced Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a significant £100m cut & carve refurbishment project in Central North London. The role focuses on commercial management from early-stage activities through to project delivery.
This is an incredible opportunity for a Project QS aiming to elevate their career or a Senior QS eager to engage in a high-profile refurbishment. The contract offers competitive rates between £350 and £450 per day outside of IR35 regulations.
