Assistant Estimator – Data Centre Projects

Opportunity to work for a multi‑billion turnover construction and development business with a dedicated Data Centre division. This role will be part of complex Data Centres across hyperscale and colocation facilities, mission‑critical and fit‑out works.

Our client is a UK Tier One contractor recognised for its growth and consistent delivery of projects. The current assignment is a large hyperscale data centre campus for a blue‑chip client, including two data centre buildings and a 140 MVA sub‑station. The project will commence next year with a completion date of 2029.

• Review drawings and documents
• Measure quantities from drawings
• Assist in preparing cost estimates
• Request and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Support risk assessment

• 4+ years of estimating experience in a reputable main contractor environment
• Experience across commercial, residential, industrial, logistics, and education sectors
• Degree qualified
• Live within commutable distance to London
