Associate Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced Associate Level Building Surveyor with a proven track record working within a consultancy background??
 
My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy and you will be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth within the business.

Responsibilities:

· Financial reporting for management meetings

· Customer care and client management

· Managing refurbishment projects for key clients, including contract administration

· Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of public and private sector buildings/sites to confirm to the latest building regulations and technical standards

· Carrying out building surveys, including condition surveys

· Taking particulars on site, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes and administering contracts for maintenance work

· Monitoring progress and quality of building work on site.
 
Requirements:

· Relevant degree qualified - RICS approved

· Consultancy experience, preferably with commercial sector project experience

· Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
