INTEGA is a specialist building consultancy which offers its clients expert technical construction and property advice. We undertake work for some of the world's largest companies across the UK and in Europe.

• Business development and client management
• Core Building Surveying services with a likely bias to Professional Services
• Strong focus on dilapidations and technical due diligence
• Specification and CA project work
• In due course, support Directors in the delivery of our growth plans and line management of graduate surveyors.

• MRICS + 3-5 years PQE.
• Dilapidations and/or TDD specialist or keen interest to focus on these areas
• Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants
• Self-motivated and hungry for a challenge.
• Excellent presenting, communication and report writing skills
