A High End residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team.

The Estimator will be joining a supportive culture with an established business - this is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Estimator, who wants to make an impact and help build on continued growth.

The Estimator will join a company who have an diverse portfolio of projects, comprising of one off bespoke new builds and prime refurbishments throughout London. They've got a couple of really interesting revenue streams which create a very secure and financially sound business. The company are a small team running over around £10 million - they deliver a fantastic product whether that's a refurbishment or one off bespoke new build.

The successful Estimator will be working closely with the directors. You ll take company wide responsibility for the Estimating function within the business and look to grow the division out, with time. Ideally, you ll have a background in High End / Prime Residential markets
- If not a background / experience of the residential market is essential.

• A solid track record of accuracy
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good IT skills
