Location: City Of London
i-Jobs is seeking a Works Surveyor for a 9+ month contract in Sutton. The role involves surveying, preparing specifications, drawings and tender documents for planned housing maintenance projects, and coordinating with residents, contractors and internal teams.
You will lead pre-contract meetings, monitor progress, and ensure safety compliance under CDM regulations while managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
