Electrical Estimator — Central London — £55,000 - £85,000 + Package (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established M&E contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. The business is experiencing growth and maintains a robust pipeline of secured work.

• Established M&E contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £40m
• Specialists in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Typical project values up to £15m
• Strong client base with a high level of repeat business
• Stable, collaborative and growing pre-construction team

Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager and wider commercial team, you'll be responsible for producing competitive and accurate electrical tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.

• Preparing detailed electrical estimates and cost plans
• Reviewing tender documentation, specifications and drawings
• Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Identifying value engineering opportunities
• Liaising with clients, consultants and the internal delivery teams
• Assisting with tender presentations and handovers to the project teams

• Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical estimating
• Experience using relevant estimating software
• Background within the M&E or building services sector
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Experience tendering projects valued at £5m+ would be highly advantageous
• Intermediate Estimators looking to progress into a more senior role are encouraged to apply
