Fawkes & Reece are working closely with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the search for a highly skilled MEPH Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a prestigious project in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established construction business known for delivering complex and high-value projects across the capital. The successful candidate will play a key commercial role in the delivery of a major, high-profile scheme, leading on all mechanical, electrical, public health (MEPH) packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of MEPH sub-contract packages from procurement through to final account
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Ensuring variations and change are effectively managed
- Commercial support to the wider project team
- Liaising with client, supply chain and internal stakeholders
- Contract administration (NEC/JCT)
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEPH systems and subcontractor management
- Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
