I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a work winning Senior Project Manager, to oversee large Commercial Fit Out schemes in Central London. This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, with great opportunities of progression into PD type roles.

Our client is looking for someone with experience leading projects of £15 million+ from site set up to handover. This person would ideally have experience in winning work and heading tender meetings.

Responsibilities

Working on a flagship project for a tier one Main Contractor.
Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
Oversee schemes as No1, and leading tender meetings.

Requirements

Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
