We supply candidates from executive to operativelevel, andare currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for aRepairs Surveyorbased in and around

Exeter.

The Repairs Surveyor willbe responsible forcarrying out surveys and property inspections, whilstoverseeingthe delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensuringrepairs are highlightedand completed within timescales.

• Carry out surveys of properties within your specified region, including Damp Mouldand Condensation inspections.
• Be responsible fordiagnosing the cause of complex faults and failures, and post-inspection works
• Ensure high-quality,optimumworks are delivered in budget, on time, safely and to a high standard whilst achieving andmaintainingcustomer satisfaction KPIs and ensuring value for money is achieved through the delivery of effective procurement and management of repairs.

• Experience with HHSRS assessments
• Educated to Level 4 (HNC in Surveying or Construction & Built Environment or equivalent) or higher.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Social Housing experience
