O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team, delivering a major, landmark commercial development in Westminster.

• Procuring and commercially managing high‑value subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
• Preparing subcontract enquiries, tender analysis, negotiations and recommendations for award
• Managing subcontractor valuations, payments, variations and final accounts
• Producing cost reports, CVRs, forecasts and monthly commercial reporting
• Working closely with project, design and procurement teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities whilst maintaining effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a well‑established main contracting environment
• Previous experience delivering commercial, mixed‑use or other major building projects
• Proven experience procuring and commercially managing high‑value subcontract packages
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Degree qualified or equivalent (preferred)
• Able and willing to commute to Westminster
