This role would suit a Civil Engineering or Project Management Graduate or similar, or someone with a placement year or industry experience, looking to develop their career within a supportive business that offers genuine progression opportunities.
In this role, the successful candidate will assist with the day‑to‑day management of multiple highways and infrastructure projects, supporting site teams, maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and learning how to manage projects from inception through to completion.
The Role:- Supporting the delivery of highways, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects
- Assisting with project planning, documentation, and contract administration
- Learning to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Supporting site inspections, project reporting, and HSEQ compliance
- Travelling to project sites across the South East with ongoing training and mentoring
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline
- Placement year or previous construction experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Eager to learn and build a long‑term career within construction management
- Company Truck (Ford Ranger)
