This role would suit a Construction Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Engineer, or Civil Engineering professional with experience managing highways or infrastructure projects, looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
In this role, the successful candidate will oversee multiple construction contracts from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards while managing site teams, maintaining project documentation, and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
The Role:- Managing multiple highways, civil engineering, and infrastructure contracts from start to completion
- Ensuring all works comply with HSEQ standards, client specifications, and industry regulations
- Leading and supporting site teams while promoting a strong health and safety culture
- Maintaining project records, inspections, quality documentation, and contract reporting
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Travelling to sites across the South East of England
- Construction Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar background within Highways, Civil Engineering, or Infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and HSEQ compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- SMSTS and/or NRSWA qualification (preferred)
- Brand new Ford Ranger
- Full UK Driving Licence
