Recco is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a portfolio of fire remediation, retrofit, and refurbishment projects across London and the South. You will oversee commercial aspects within long-term frameworks for Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
You will report to the Commercial Manager and drive profitable delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships and governance across multiple projects.
