Temp Site Manager Soho - London Tier 1 Main Contractor Day rate

A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients. Specialising in the social housing industry they are known for their planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.

Temporary Site Manager for an 8-week external refurbishment project in Soho. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, enforce strict Health & Safety, and manage tenant relations in a live, mixed-use building. The project will focus on Brickwork repointing, Roof repairs, window liner repairs, scaffolding, external decorations and man safe system installations.

• Site Management:
  Direct daily operations, manage logistics in Central London, and keep the project on schedule across the 8-week timeframe.
• Tenant Liaison:
  Act as the main contact for residents and commercial units, providing advance notice for noisy works to minimize disruption.
• Health & Safety:
  Enforce Working at Height protocols, review RAMS, conduct site inductions, and ensure pedestrian safety.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect and sign off on trades, ensuring high-quality finishes across all external works.

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record running external refurbishment/envelope projects in occupied Central London properties.
• Certifications:
  
  Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Management level), and 3-Day First Aid at Work.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, trade management, and Central London logistical problem-solving.
