The successful candidate will have a Degree in Surveying and at least 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying within a Fit-out Main Contractor environment, on a full-time basis. Key duties include monthly cost reviews, valuations for client and supply chain, sub-contractor procurement, pre-tender profit planning, cost changes, cashflow forecasts, and final accounts
