Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Estimator Stone Restoration in London to manage tendering for restoration projects from £10k to £10m, review drawings, take-off measurements and price labour, plant and materials.
You will liaise with clients, attend pre-contract meetings with surveyors and architects, prepare subcontractor and supplier enquiries, and ensure accurate site measurements. CSCS card and Full UK driving license required; strong IT and communication skills essential.
