Our client, a growing specialist subcontractor, seeks a Contracts Manager in the Westminster area to deliver multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will oversee safety, programme, budget, quality and client relationships, coordinating with Directors, Project Managers and Sub-Contractors.
The ideal candidate has a background in groundworks, demolition and reinforced concrete, with strong sequencing knowledge and an ability to manage several live projects.
