This is an opportunity to join a major London Underground infrastructure programme, supporting the delivery of telecoms and electrical upgrade works across the London Underground network.

• Managing day-to-day construction activities across Deep Tube work sites
• Coordinating telecoms, OPO, and electrical installation teams
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Managing subcontractors, supervisors, and operational interfaces
• Supporting possession planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Maintaining compliance with London Underground standards and procedures

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager within rail or telecoms infrastructure projects
• Strong background in telecoms, OPO, or electrical rail works
• Experience managing works within operational rail or London Underground environments
• Basic Track Awareness (BTA) or LU-ICI competency
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work flexibly across night and day shift operations

• Key leadership role on a major LU Infrastructure programme
