Wates is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to drive the commercial delivery of major UK projects. You will manage budgets, CVRs, subcontract procurement and final accounts, working with Project Managers, Design Teams and Clients to maximise value and ensure on-time delivery.
Essentially, you will hold a Quantity Surveying degree (MRICS/CIOB desirable) and have experience with main contractors, JCT contracts, and rigorous cost control.
