Salary: up to £110,000 + package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Tender Planner to join a leading UK main contractor based in Central London.

Working within a busy and highly regarded Pre-Construction team, you will play a pivotal role in securing major refurbishment and fit-out projects across London. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, competitive tender programmes that support successful bids for a diverse portfolio of projects for a range of prestigious clients.

As Senior Tender Planner, you will be responsible for leading the planning function throughout the tender process, working closely with bid managers, estimators, design teams and operational colleagues to develop robust, achievable and competitive construction programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing detailed tender programmes using Asta Power project.
• Developing construction methodologies, sequencing and logistics plans to support winning bids.
• Working collaboratively with estimators, bid managers and project teams to develop innovative and competitive tender solutions.
• Reviewing tender documentation, specifications and client requirements.
• Identifying programme risks, constraints and opportunities, and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Preparing programme narratives and supporting documentation for tender submissions.
• Presenting programmes during internal reviews and client interviews where required.
• Ensuring programmes accurately reflect project scope, procurement strategy and construction methodology.
• Supporting continuous improvement within the pre-construction planning function.

• You will be an experienced Tender Planner with a proven track record of producing successful tender programmes for refurbishment and fit-out projects on behalf of a UK main contractor.
• You will be commercially aware, highly organised and capable of developing innovative planning solutions that enhance bid competitiveness while maintaining realistic delivery programmes.

• Proven experience as a Tender Planner or Senior Tender Planner with a UK main contractor.
• Extensive experience producing tender programmes for refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Asta Power project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies and logistics planning.
• Experience working within busy pre-construction or bidding teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

• Salary of up to £110,000 per annum
