This role offers the chance to lead site teams and oversee the successful delivery of passive fire works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You will be working for a well-established contractor that values quality, safety and compliance, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality passive fire protection across a range of properties.
As the Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:- Managing passive fire projects from mobilisation through to completion
- Leading and managing site teams, subcontractors and contractors
- Overseeing fire stopping, compartmentation and fire door works
- Ensuring all works are delivered to specification, programme and budget
- Carrying out regular site inspections, quality checks and snagging
- Ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety standards, regulations and project specifications
- Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work are followed
- Managing project programmes and monitoring progress against deadlines
- Liaising with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Managing site documentation, reports and project records
- Supporting with technical queries and resolving issues on site
- Ensuring all passive fire works are completed to a high standard and handed over correctly
- Previous experience managing passive fire projects
- Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors
- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and external contractors
- Strong understanding of passive fire regulations, standards and best practice
- Experience conducting quality inspections, audits and snagging
- SMSTS qualification
- Fire safety or passive fire-related qualification desirable
- Strong understanding of RAMS and health & safety requirements
- £50,000 - £55,000
