Project:

£20M+ High-end CAT B commercial fit out in Central London for a blue-chip client.

Salary & Package:

£120,000+ (The right salary will be paid for the right person!) Plus an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of a £20M+ high-end CAT B commercial fit out from pre-construction through to completion.
• Take ownership of the construction programme, ensuring key milestones and project deadlines are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Drive the highest standards of health & safety, quality assurance and overall project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the commercial team to manage budgets, procurement and cost control.
• Chair progress meetings, produce regular reports and provide updates to both senior management and the client.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale commercial fit out projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
